India's finest pacers Zaheer Khan retires from international Cricket after 15 years, 92 Tests and 200 ODIs. He last played for India in February 2014 in a Test match in New Zealand. The left-arm fast bowler, who was part of India's 2011 World Cup Winning Squad, said the decision was not easy. "The toughest call in a cricketing career is when one has to walk away from the game itself. You almost will yourself and want to push that few, extra miles but then the body, after nearly two decades, decides not to respond. However, my greatest cricketing moment was lifting the World Cup as part of Team India and creating history. We played as a top team and being part of the journey of India as a top ODI side was very fulfilling."Zaheer Khan announced that the next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 would be his last in competitive cricket. Zaheer played for the Delhi Daredevils (DD) in the last season of IPL, and it is likely that he would continue with the same franchise in his last appearance.
